Job Objective
This is an exciting and broad-reaching Communications role at the heart of a fast-growing e-
commerce and technology business. With complete ownership of all public relations and internal communications activities, you will need to develop and launch a calendar of regular campaigns to promote SIGNA Sports United (SSU), our strategy and our key messages in the media and internally. In a group like ours, uniting the most successful sport equipment e-commerce companies in bike and tennis as well as strongly growing in Outdoor and Teamsport, based on a sound technological fundament and with ambitious growth targets, communication is key! Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· Establish and drive a multi-channel communications strategy

Job Objective
The Investor Relations Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts by ensuring that communication is made available to stakeholders about the financial performance of the company and monitoring market developments that are relevant to the business performance in order to create a positive, consistent and trustworthy image of and for the company. The position reports to our CFO and can be located in Berlin or the US.

Roles and Responsibilites
· You develop and maintain the company’s’ investor relations plan

- Responsibility for the preparation of annual budgets (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow), forecasts and regular analysis of the business plans for the group
- Coordination of the process of preparing annual budgets and forecasts for our group of companies
- Assumption of responsibility for ongoing reporting, preparation of deviation analyses and derivation of measures in coordination with the head group finance and the CFO
- Reviewing and updating the profitability calculations for projects and optimising reporting on projects
- Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS (e.g. impairment test); knowledge of IFRS desirable
- Create evaluations for the group management team
- Ongoing development of controlling and reporting structures (systems and processes)
- Liason with auditors and other external service providers
